School hallways take an incredible amount of foot traffic, resulting in yellowing and scuffing over time. Einstein School of Learning engaged us to revitalize their Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) floors across the entire campus.
The Challenge
Multiple layers of poorly maintained wax had trapped dirt, causing the floors to look permanently dirty regardless of daily mopping. The challenge was safely stripping these layers down to the bare tile without damaging the flooring.
Our Solution & Results
We utilized professional-grade stripping solutions to completely remove the old finish, neutralized the surface, and applied four coats of premium, high-solids floor finish. The mirror-like shine fully protected their flooring investment and dramatically simplified their daily maintenance routine.
