The Challenge
The facility included sensitive technical equipment and clean rooms that had been exposed to ubiquitous construction dust. Paint overspray on windows and adhesive residues on custom casework required meticulous, non-abrasive removal.
Our Solution & Results
Our post-construction specialists utilized micro-filtration vacuums to capture fine particulates. We conducted detailed exterior/interior window washing and protective polishing of all new surfaces. The facility was delivered entirely move-in ready, projecting an immediate image of professional excellence.
